We collect only data needed to run LabClarity safely and provide educational report explanations.
- Account data: email address and encrypted password.
- Profile data: date of birth, sex, genotype, height, weight, and optional health context you provide.
- Lab data: extracted structured values such as test name, value, unit, reference range, category, and summary.
- Usage data: credit balance, transaction history, and chat content within product use.
2. No Image Storage Policy
Uploaded report images and PDFs are processed for extraction and are not permanently stored as images in our system.
3. How We Use Data
- To extract and explain lab values in clear language.
- To show trends, history, and report comparisons you request.
- To run credits and feature access.
- To maintain security, detect misuse, and improve reliability.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted infrastructure providers to host and process service data.
