1. Service Scope
LabClarity provides educational explanations of lab results for Nigerian patients. It is not a doctor, clinic, or emergency service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Medical Safety
- LabClarity does not diagnose disease.
- LabClarity does not prescribe medication or dosage.
- You should consult a licensed doctor for treatment decisions.
- For emergency symptoms, seek immediate in-person care.
4. Credits and Payments
LabClarity uses one-time credit top-ups. There is no subscription billing. Feature usage deducts credits as shown in product credit information.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt service, or attempt unauthorized access.
6. Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, or pause features when needed for quality, safety, compliance, or maintenance.
7. Limitation
LabClarity is provided for educational support. You remain responsible for decisions based on professional medical advice.
